LLM for International Lawyers

The International LL.M. program at Hamline University School of Law provides attorneys holding an LL.B. or equivalent from outside the United States, the specialized training and education necessary to compete globally in one of Hamline's internationally recognized focus areas.

The LL.M. participants join with Hamline's J.D. and international students in their studies, at Hamline or around the globe, in one of Hamline's six international law programs.  LL.M. students may also be eligible for placement in Hamline's part-time or full-time externship program.  Once admitted to the program, each student consults with a faculty advisor to develop a course of study that best fits the participant goals, and maximimize the value of the U.S. legal experience.

Puerto Rico, Budapest, India, and Israel, as well as in Minnesota.We
also are one of only a handful of American law schools to regularly
field competitive teams in the Vienna International Commercial
Arbitration Moot Court competition.

Minnesota and the third co-educational university in the United States.
Hamline offered Minnesota's first legal curriculum and its first
