Adjunct Professor Jessica Kuchta-Miller from the Mediation Center at Hamline Law will participate in a panel discussion at the Family Law Institute, a seminar hosted by Minnesota CLE, on Wednesday, March 20. The panel will address difficult issues involving third parties in divorce.
In addition, Kuchta-Miller and Aimee Gourlay, Mediation Center director and Dispute Resolution Institute senior fellow, will speak at the Conflict Resolution Minnesota Annual Conference about working with pro se litigants in family court on Friday, April 12.
